Cross-tenant bookings inspector
Search any booking on any tenant. Reschedule, cancel, refund.
/admin/bookings is the platform-wide booking inspector. Filter by tenant, customer email, status, date range. From the booking detail you can reschedule, cancel (with a refund choice), or issue a manual refund — every action is audit-logged with your actor id.
Admin-side cancellations bypass the cancellation policy by design (used for fraud / dispute resolution). Use carefully — the platform-fee invoice still issues unless you explicitly void it.
