Tenant approvals

Self-serve signups land in PENDING. Approve or reject from the queue.

/admin/approvals lists every tenant with approvalStatus=PENDING. Each card shows the proposed subdomain, business name, owner email, and signup metadata. Approve flips the tenant to APPROVED + sends a welcome email; Reject requires a reason which is emailed to the prospective owner.

Subdomain conflicts

The signup form rejects taken subdomains, but trash-recovery may surface a previously-deleted subdomain. Check before approving.
