Languages
Enable additional locales. Clone an existing one, edit translations, set the platform default.
/admin/languages: enable a new locale by cloning an existing one (e.g. clone "en" to "en-GB" and rewrite the British spellings), set the platform default, and override translations per key. The web app reads the orkestr_locale cookie + falls back to platform default.
Content-i18n pipeline
Tenant + offering + category fields auto-translate via the AI translate service when a new locale is enabled. Translations are cached and editable per-row.
