Using the AI Concierge

Chat-based booking on a tenant storefront. Picks the right offering, asks for missing details, and walks you to checkout.

Every tenant storefront has an AI Concierge bubble in the bottom-right. It knows the active provider's full catalogue (verticals, categories, recent offerings) so it can answer "what services do you offer?" or "book me a flight to London tomorrow" without needing the customer to navigate the product tree manually.

What it can do

  • Search the catalogue and compare options based on natural-language preferences.
  • Ask clarifying questions (date, time, party size) before recommending.
  • For external-fulfillment offerings (Bookalimo taxi, Flights) it triggers a live vendor quote.
  • For standard space offerings it checks availability and prices.
  • Walks you to the booking page once details are confirmed — payment is never inside the chat.
Catalogue awareness updates within ~1 minute

When a provider publishes or edits an offering, the concierge picks it up by the next chat turn. No customer-side cache to refresh.

Limits

  • The concierge only sees the active tenant's catalogue. To compare across providers, use the apex marketplace search.
  • It will not enter your payment details — you always confirm + pay yourself.
  • Conversation history persists per browser session.
