Cancel and refund
How cancellation policies work, how to cancel, and how refunds are calculated.
Each offering has a cancellation policy with refund tiers based on hours-before-start. Some providers set per-offering policies; others rely on the tenant-level default.
How tiers work
A typical policy looks like:

| 72+ hours | 100% |
| 24–72 hours | 50% |
| Under 24 hours | 0% |
The exact tiers are shown on every offering detail page. Wallet credit and original-payment-method refunds are reduced by the same percentage so you are made whole proportionally.
How to cancel
- Open /bookings on the relevant storefront.
- Click the booking, then Cancel.
- Confirm the refund amount shown.
- For external-fulfillment bookings, the vendor is cancelled first; if they reject, the cancellation is aborted so you do not end up with a stranded reservation.
