Booking flow

How to book: pick offering → fill details → checkout → see confirmation. Includes external-fulfillment flows (taxi, flights).

    Pick the offering

    Click any listing card on a storefront or in marketplace search to see its detail page.

    Fill the booking panel

    Standard space offerings: pick a slot from the availability grid. External-fulfillment offerings (taxi, flights): fill the trip-details form (pickup, dropoff, time, passengers).

    Confirm

    For external fulfillment you see live vendor options + prices first, then pick one. The system creates a PENDING booking and a Stripe / Razorpay PaymentIntent.

    Pay

    Card details go directly to Stripe / Razorpay — Orkestr never touches your card number. On success the booking flips to CONFIRMED and you get an email + in-app notification.

External fulfillment

When a provider lists an offering through a vendor (e.g. Bookalimo for limos, Duffel for flights), the booking panel changes to a trip-details form. The vendor returns live quotes for the requested itinerary; you pick a class and continue. Payment to Orkestr is unchanged — Stripe / Razorpay collects the customer-facing total; Orkestr settles with the vendor on the back end.

Wallet credit applies automatically

If your wallet balance is non-zero, the checkout shows it as an applied credit. You can adjust how much to apply before paying.
