Verified-only reviews, photos, and how ratings roll up onto offering listings.

Reviews are verified — only customers with a COMPLETED or CONFIRMED booking on an offering can leave one. This keeps the rating signal honest.

  • Star rating 1–5, plus a free-text body.
  • Photo attachments planned (roadmap).
  • Review aggregates (average rating + count) appear on offering cards and detail pages within seconds of submission.
  • Providers can flag a review for admin review; the platform admin moderates content reports.
