Availability and slots

Recurring open hours, blackouts, slot duration, and how the slot grid is computed.

Availability rules describe when an offering can be booked. The customer's slot picker shows the resolved grid: recurring open hours - blackouts - already-booked slots, capped at the tenant's advance-window setting.

  • Recurring rules: weekly schedule (e.g. Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00, Sat 10:00–14:00).
  • One-off blocks: specific date ranges marked OPEN or BLOCK.
  • Slot duration: 15 / 30 / 60 minutes (BASE configurable, can be overridden per rule).
  • Capacity: how many concurrent bookings can sit on one slot. 1 by default.
External-fulfillment offerings have no slot grid

Taxi / Flights offerings show a trip-details form instead. The vendor manages availability on their side; we never reserve "a slot" locally.
