Submit attestations + documents → admin review → green Verified pill on your storefront.
/provider/verification: tick three attestations (insurance, terms-of-service, deposit policy), upload supporting documents, submit. The platform admin reviews from /admin/kyb and approves / rejects with notes. Approved status shows a green Verified pill next to your tenant name on every storefront page.
All three attestations must be ticked before submit. Without them, the form refuses.
