Storefront customisation

Brand colour, logo, custom domain, storefront template, and apex landing.

Your storefront is at <subdomain>.orkestr.in by default. From /provider/settings you can customise:

  • Brand colour and logo — applied across the storefront, login page, and emails.
  • Storefront template — pick from the platform-curated templates (Classic Grid, Christmas Special, …).
  • Custom domain — point your own DNS at the platform; the verifier cron flips status to VERIFIED automatically when DNS is correct.
  • About copy + contact email + display currency.
  • Localisation: enable additional languages, override translations.
Custom-domain DNS failures

After 24h of failing DNS the verifier flips your domain to FAILED and notifies you in /provider/notifications. Fix the DNS and click Re-verify.
